How Long does the Honeywell SiXCT Battery Last
The Honeywell SiXCT battery will typically last 5 years. The SiXCT uses a Pansonic CR123A ION Lithum battery. You may also use the Honeywell 466 or a Duracell DR123A for replacement on the SiXCT sensor. The Honeywell SiXCT communicates its 2.4 GHz rf signals back to the Honeywell Lyric Controller. From the Lyric Controller you can use the system health check feature to determine how much battery is left on the SiXCT as well as if the sensor is in good range.
