What is the Gap Allowed Between SiXCT and Magnet
The gap allowed between the Honeywell SiXCT and its magnet is 1.0" or 25mm. We usually recommend installing the magnet about a .5 inch away from the SiXCT reed switch. Make sure when installing the SiXCT that you alight the magnet and reed switch between the two tabs located on the side of the contact.
