Is the Lyric Controller able to have a Partition

No, the Honeywell Lyric Controller is NOT able to have a partition. In general a partition in a security system is when you have the ability to separate an alarm system into separate areas or "partitions" that can be independently armed and disarmed by a user. To this day all-in-one wireless security systems have not quite hit this mark just yet.
