What is the Honeywell Lyric Lock Feature

Honeywell's Lyric Lock feature prevents take-over of Lyric Controller and its SiX™ Wireless transmitters. Program mode is locked to anyone without a Validation Code Generated via our professional alarm monitoring services which expire at 23:59 daily.

Using a secure encryption, both the Lyric Controller and SiX wireless devices pair together. Honeywell SiX sensors only pair with a single Lyric controller. Since the devices are encrypted and paired to a single system, this minimizes the risk of hacking or interference from other systems in the neighborhood.

In addition, sensitive dealer programming information is protected, requiring a validation code that is generated by AlarmClub.
