Why is my Honeywell SiXCT Having Tamper Issues

The Honeywell SiXCT encrypted wireless door/window sensor has two tamper's on board. There is a front cover tamper which is for the opening of the actual SiXCT faceplate itself. Than there is an alternate tamper called the SiXCT wall tamper. 

*In most cases when an end user is having issues clearing Honeywell SiXCT tampers it is due to the wall tamper. The SiXCT comes with a specific wall mounting bracket that should be put into place no matter how you intend on mounting or installing the SiXCT wireless sensor. After you have made sure all of the tampers are corrected go to the Lyric controller and press the home button activating the number keypad, from there enter your master or user code to clear the SiXCT tamper issues.
