How Long Does the Honeywell SiXFOB Battery Last
The expected life span of the Honeywell SiXFOB battery with typical usage is 3 years. When the SiXFOB battery is low, the LED's do NOT flash as a signal. When used the SiXFOB will report its battery status to the Lyric controller so the battery level can always be viewed on the zones screen. The Honeywell SiXFOB uses one 3V 210mAh lithium coin battery. For battery replacement you can use a Panasonic CR123A lithum, Maxell CR2032 or a Duracell DL2032.
Once the SiXFOB has been programmed into the Honeywell Lyric controller it cannot be used with another controller until it has been deleted first due to the Lyric Lock features. Each Device has a unique MAC number located on the sticker on the device.
