How Long do Honeywell SiXSMOKE Sensors Last

The Honeywell SiXSMOKE has no specified limitation to the life of this detector. It should be tested annually for sensitivity and smoke entry testing. The SiXSMOKE wireless smoke/heat detector is for use with Honeywell panels that support SiX series devices. Once the device is enrolled into the panel, it cannot be used with another control panel until it has been deleted first. Each device has a unique MAC number located on the sticker on the unit for programming into the system.
