Sensor Malfunction - Sensors Not working

1) Check Equipment Code, If you have non "e Series" sensors, ensure that the equipment code is not for an e series sensor

  - If you have an "e Series" Sensor, ensure the equipment code has the e series equipment code

- If the equipment code was changed, Power Cycle panel, then try opening up sensors and testing them if the panel is still showing a trouble condition
