Manage User Code - Change User Code - Delete User Code - Add Duress Code

1. From the home screen tap Security

2. In security tap the menu box

3. Enter the Toolbox box

4. Enter the Master User Code (If it is not the master code, you will not be able to enter)

5. Enter User Management

6. To add a code, change an existing code, or delete an existing code, tap on the user's number.

*Note: To add a duress code you need to set it on user #8

What is a duress code?
         A duress code is a code when punched in will only silence the alarm but will still continue the dispatching from the central station, it is used in case a burglar tells you to disarm the system but will still alert the central station that there is a danger in the home.
