+ Two-Way Voice (Over the Control Panel)?

Two-way voice over the control panel is an Alarm.com feature that allows a two-way conversation to be established between the GeoArm central monitoring station and a compatible Alarm.com control panel in your home. If your home security system triggers an alarm and the GeoArm monitoring station receives an alert, they can initiate a conversation with you or any other individual who is present in the location where the alarm occurred. With this service, you can communicate with the GeoArm monitoring station directly through the control panel's built-in speaker and microphone. 

+ Test Timer (Used to Monitor Panel Heartbeat)?

An Alarm.com test timer is used to monitor the communication between your security system's control panel and the Alarm.com servers. The test timer sends a signal to the control panel which can be programmed for either daily (included) or can be upgraded to hourly to ensure that communication is ongoing and the system is functioning correctly. This is known as monitoring the control panel heartbeat. If there is a problem with the signal, the system will send an alert to you or your monitoring provider, so that the issue can be resolved promptly. 

+ GPS Connected Car (for Vehicle Tracking and Management)?

An Alarm.com software solution that enables vehicle owners to remotely track and manage their vehicles using the Alarm.com web-based platform or mobile app. It provides real-time location tracking, speed monitoring, geofence alerts, vehicle health status updates, and more. The system can be integrated on Alarm.com app along with various other technologies such as Alarm.com security systems and security cameras. Please note, up to five (5) connected car modules can be added to an Alarm.com account.

With this solution, homeowners can remotely view the captured footage to verify if an alarm is real, as well as keep an eye on their property when they are away. Additionally, the service includes video peek ins - which allow users to view real-time video footage of their property and control their cameras remotely. This can provide users with greater peace of mind and security, particularly when combined with other alarm monitoring features. 

+ Cellular Flex IO Property Sensors (for Gates/Sheds)?

An Alarm.com security solution that includes an Alarm.com Flex IO cellular device that can be attached to a gate, shed, or other property sensor to remotely monitor and control access to the secured area. The device uses cellular connectivity, which ensures that it can function even when there is no internet connection, to communicate with the Alarm.com platform and issue alerts when there is activity detected. This allows homeowners the ability to monitor and protect their properties that are off the grid. Please note, up to ten (10) cellular Flex IO property sensors can be added to an Alarm.com account. 

+ Scheduled Arming/Disarming?

+ Video Doorbell Services?

An Alarm.com security solution that includes a doorbell with a camera, speaker, and microphone that enables homeowners to view and communicate with people at their doorstep using the Alarm.com mobile app. The video doorbell can also detect motion and send alerts to the homeowner's phone when someone is at the door, allowing them to monitor their front porch and entryway even when they are away from home. Additionally, the solution may include facial recognition technology to identify familiar faces and custom zone detection, which enables the user to opt-out of irrelevant notifications. Please note, that only one (1) Video doorbell camera's can be added to an Alarm.com account and that it must be a 1st generation Alarm.com video doorbell (VDB100-Series Models).

This is a more advanced video surveillance package that includes Alarm.com HD video surveillance alarm monitoring capabilities and video analytics for a homeowner's property. This video package includes all the features of the Bronze Level, plus the added benefits of video analytics that can detect and alert homeowners to specific events, such as people or vehicles entering a property, unusual activity, and smart view for up to 2 security cameras. The video analytics feature uses advanced algorithms to identify suspicious activities, such as motion detection, object detection, and even facial recognition, to alert homeowners instantly of potential security breaches. It also provides intelligent video search that allows homeowners to quickly access specific video footage based on date, time, or event type. 

+ Gold Level Video Surveillance + Analytics?

This is the most advanced video surveillance package that includes Alarm.com HD video surveillance alarm monitoring capabilities and video analytics for a homeowner's property. This video package includes all the features of the Silver Level, including the benefits of video analytics that can detect and alert homeowners to specific events, such as people or vehicles entering a property, unusual activity, and smart view for up to 40 security cameras. The video analytics feature uses advanced algorithms to identify suspicious activities, such as motion detection, object detection, and even facial recognition, to alert homeowners instantly of potential security breaches. It also provides intelligent video search that allows homeowners to quickly access specific video footage based on date, time, or event type.

An Alarm.com video security solution that allows homeowners to verify alarm events through live video feeds. When an alarm is triggered, the Alarm.com security system automatically sends a video clip to the homeowner and the GeoArm central monitoring station, where a human operator can review the video to confirm an emergency and quickly alert the proper authorities. This reduces the number of false alarms and helps to ensure that the appropriate response will be taken to any genuine emergency. 

+ Stream Video Recorders?

Alarm.com SVR (Stream Video Recorder) surveillance services is a feature that allows homeowners to record and store video footage, for up to 1,000 clips, from their home security cameras for later viewing. The SVR service captures and stores high-definition video using cloud-based storage, making it easy for homeowners to access their video footage from anywhere on any device with internet access.
