Do 5800 Sensors Work on the Lyric Controller
The Honeywell Lyric Controller is compatible with 5800 sensors and SiX series wireless sensors. The Lyric controller supports up to 160 wireless zones. 128 wireless dedicated to protection zones, 32 buttons supported key fobs zones 3 - 126 are Supervised/Unsupervised Protection Zones. Zones 127 - 130 are for Garage zones, zones 131 - 162 are the dedicated button zones ( but, If zones 131 - 163 are full, you can assign additional Button Keys to unused zones below 131).
note* the Lyric controller will not support older 5800 series bi-directional devices such as 5828, 5828v or 5800WAVE sirens because the Lyric controller does not have the proper 5800 bi-directional transceiver module.
