Filling Out The Customer Information Sheet
- Order#: Given after you sign up for monitoring, an email will be sent containing your confirmation order number
- Brand Of Communicator:
- On Hardwired systems, this is a communicator that is connected to your panel and exists outside of the container (in most cases)
- On Wireless systems, this will more than likely be the brand of the panel
- Find Serial Number/ Mac and CrC / IMEI / Sim#: We have articles on how to find the serial number on the communicator or within the panel itself. More than likely you will find this number attached to the communicator that is installed on your system. On a wireless system, this can be inside of the back plate.
- Dispatching Permit: If you do not know if your area needs a dispatching permit GeoArm will send you an email to the primary email or call the primary number to inform the customer that a permit is required in the event that it is required. If the permit is required and no dispatching permit number is provided GeoArm will NOT dispatch police until a permit number is sent.
Dispatching Numbers:
- These numbers will be verified by a certified technician
NOTE: If you cannot fill out any information after this advice please call or contact GeoArm so that we may help you fill out any missing information
