What should I do if my system loses AC power

Your security/home automation system has backup batteries that will power it in the event AC power is lost. 

- If your panel is showing low battery errors, try powering off and on your panel. If it is still showing low battery you will need to swap out the battery that is connected to your panel.

Note: Batteries have an average life span of 5 years.
