Program In a New Sensor

There are 2 ways of entering programming of sensors

Option # 1 - Advanced Programming (Easiest Mode)

1) Enter Installer Code (Default 4112) + 800

2) Once you see 20 Installer Code, Press "OFF"

3) Press ↓ and then Aux/Select

Selecting Sensor Type:

4) Use the arrow keys to select the sensor type of the sensor

- press AUX/SELECT when complete

4.1) Panel May ask to select location, use arrow keys to find desired name and then press AUX/SELECT when complete

Learn Mode:

5) Panel is now in learn mode, follow voice instructions to add sensor

6) When Panel has learned sensor, select AWAY/ADD to add the sensor or press OFF/ESCAPE to cancel.


Option # 2 - *56 Enhanced Programming


1) Enter Installer Code (Default 4112) + 800

2) When you see 20 Installer Code, press *56

3) You will be prompted for a zone number

Guide:
00 - Exit Zone Programming
01 - Hard Wired Zone
02-25- RF Zones Only
26-41 - Button Zones (only)
92 - Duress
95,96,99 - Panic Zones

- Press * to continue

4) You will now see b00 NOT USED ZONE TYPE Enter your zone type

- press # to go back if you would like to go back
- Each Zone has 2 digit zone types

Guide:

00 - Not Used, you will be asked to delete sensor if this is selected
01 - Entry/Exit # 1
02 - Entry/Exit # 2
03 - Perimeter
04 - Interior Follower
05 - Trouble Day/Alarm Night
06 - 24 Hr Silent
07 - 24 Hr Audible
08 - 24 Hr Aux
09 - Fire Without Verification
10 - Interior w/Delay
14 - Carbon Monoxide
16 - Fire With Verification
20 - Arm-Stay
21 - Arm-Away
22- Disarm
23 - No Alarm Response
24 - Silent Burglary

- Press * to continue after inputting a zone type

5) You will now see a C00 Report Code, if you have changed reporting type follow the report code guide otherwise enter 0100
 - Press * to continue

6) You will now see d 3 RF SUPERVISED INPUT TYPE follow the guide bellow

3 = RF (supervised RF) – sends periodic check-in signals, faults, restore and low battery
      signals

4 = UR (unsupervised RF) – sends same as “RF” type, but control does not supervise the
        check-in signals

5 = BR (button type) – sends only fault and low battery signals; does not send restores or
         check-in signals 

- RF type transmitters must remain within range of the receiver, otherwise a
           supervision failure signal will occur.

- UR and BR type transmitters may be carried off premises (out of range without
              causing a supervision failure.

- Zones 2-25 should be assigned Input Type 3 or 4. Zones 26-41 should be
               assigned Input Type 5 only. 

- Press * to continue

7) you will now see E1 LOOP#/AUTO LEARN

Auto Learn- Here you can trigger your sensor to auto learn it into the system, make sure the sensor is not too close to the panel as that can cause issues

Manual Entry - Enter the desired loop number and press [✻] to continue ( Look at your sensor types guide for the loop number).

Guide:
1-4 = loop number for the zone of the transmitter being entered. 

Note:LOOP NUMBER WILL BE FOUND IN SENSOR MANUAL

0 + [✻] = continue to DELETE ZONE PARAMETERS CONFIRMATION prompt (F)

[✻] = continue to the ENROLL MODE prompt (1A) if not entered, or VOICE DESCRIPTOR
prompt if already entered

[#] = return to previous prompt

Note: We recommend auto learning when possible, if auto learn does not work follow the sensor manual to enter the loop number. 

- Press * when you you are ready

7.1) You will now see 1A ENROLL MODE If Auto Learn did not work

- if you see 1A L than this zone is already in use, if you want to delete this serial number press 9 + 1 and it will clear the serial number of the existing sensor

Guide:

0 = advance to the VOICE DESCRIPTOR prompt (1C) and save all zone parameters.
1 = enter now and proceed to SERIAL NUMBER prompt (1b).
2 = copy the last serial number entered into local ram.
9 = advance to F; delete existing serial number.
[✻] = advance to the VOICE DESCRIPTOR prompt (1C). This will save all zone parameters.
[#] = return to the LOOP NUMBER prompt (E). 

8) You will now see 1C ZONE DESCRIPTOR

0 - Skip to Next Zone
1- Enter Descriptor Mode


9) You can now change the zone description, there are up to 3 descriptions per zone

- Enter # + 2 digit vocabulary Index
- 6 - Advance to next descriptor
- 8 Accept Word and Advance To Next Zone

Change Zone Description:
