What if I Forgot my Lyric Controller Installer Code
If you have forgotten your Honeywell Lyric Controller Installer Code and cannot enter the programming menu than there is only one way out of this situation. You must contact AlarmClub or your alarm monitoring provider and have them remotely reset the installer code for you.
Previous LYNX Plus and LYNX touch systems had a feature where you could "back door" the panel locally at the keypad, this is not a feature of the Lyric controller.
Some companies NOT AlarmClub also apply a Local Programming Lockout. When the Local Programming Lockout option is enabled and downloaded, it prevents all attempts to enter programming via keypad. The only way to make future programming changes is either have your company disable this feature and re-download, or to make all programming changes via the professional downloader software.
