What is the Lyric Controller Restart Timer Feature

The Honeywell Lyric controller Restart Timer feature allows the user to press the Restart Timer key any time DURING the exit delay after arming STAY or AWAY to restart the Exit time.

Note: if an entry/exit door is tripped a second time before exit delay time expires after arming away or stay, the Exit delay time will always restart regardless of programming.

To Adjust the Restart Timer feature from the Lyric controller home screen select Security > Tools > enter 4 digit installer code "default is 4112" > Program > System Settings > Down Arrow > Toggle the Restart Exit Time Button > Select Save > back out of Lyric programming.

*If the Exit Delay Restart is not enabled in programming the Restart timer button will not appear for the user.
