The communicator does not have proper signal strength	1) Powercycling your panel 2) Move your cellular communicator
Too many troubles on the panel	Clearing the troubles on the panel and closing any open sensors will usually fix this issue
Data Wires are not connected properly	Ensuring your data wires are securely connected t from your communicator to your panel
Communicator Not Updated	Your cellular communicator may not be updated and will need to be updated by GeoArm when possible
Back-end issue	At times there are issues that occur on the back end, we recommend scheduling an appointment with GeoArm to fix this issue as soon as possible
